Brownies is one of the most delicious cakes we can make. It is easy but need some focusing. Do you know that one piece of brownies can make any one happy for a day? Sure, it is incredible and need just 30 to be ready. So how to make brownies?
100g/3½ oz milk or white chocolate, or both.
200g/7 oz dark chocolate
150g/5½ oz unsalted butter.
Butter to grease the tin.
125g/4½ oz dark muscovado sugar
125g/4½ oz golden caster sugar
85g/3 oz plain flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
¼ tsp fine salt
-Preheat the oven to 180C.
-Grease the inside of the baking tin using butter.
– Put a baking parchment inside the tin and ease the paper into the corners
-Put the chopped dark chocolate with the butter in a bowl. And put this bowl in a bigger one which contains hot water. The chocolate and butter will melt in while stirring them.
-After melting, remove the bowl of chocolate.
-Aside, cut the white chocolate into big pieces
-Add the sugar and whisk the mixture, then the eggs and keep whisking gently till you see small bubbles.
-Sieve all the dry components in another bowl( the flour, cocoa and salt), the mix them.
-Add the flour mixture gradually into the chocolate mixture while mixing very gently with a big spoon.
-Then put the whole mixture in the tin and scatter the big pieces of chocolate on the top of the batter.
– Bake it for 25 minutes the remove it from the oven.
– When the brownies cool, put it on a board, and cut it into squares.
-Sieve some sugar or cocoa powder on top, and this is how to make brownies.
